Travel Grants

Travel grants are available from the Ethological Society; see this website for more information.

Fees

Registration fees vary by category and include these services:

• Participation in lectures
• Poster sessions
• Coffee breaks
• Lunches on Thursday, 25 February and Friday, 26 February 2027
• Conference dinner on Wednesday, 24 February 2027
• City tour on Saturday, 27 February 2027

Dinners on Thursday and Friday and lunch on Saturday are optional. Please make sure to register for any program item you want to participate in.

Registration is successful upon receipt of payment.

Payment

When registering, you have the option of choosing payment by bank transfer or by PayPal. The PayPal option also includes payment by credit card without having a PayPal account.  

Cancellation Policy 

Cancellations received by 1 February 2027 will receive a 100% refund of the fee paid. Cancellations received after 1 February 2027 will not be refunded. You will also not receive a refund if you do not attend the event and have not cancelled in time. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to etho2027@ab.mpg.de

Cancellation insurance

To save you trouble and financial disadvantages, we recommend that you take out congress cancellation insurance from European Travel Insurance. Further information can be found at the website of the European Travel Insurance.
