I am a movement ecologist, principally curious to understand how the environment shapes spatiotemporal patterns of animal movement to better comprehend their ecology and behaviour in a rapidly changing world.
Currently, my focus is on understanding the decision rules that migratory songbirds use to navigate across landscapes based on movement data from European blackbirds (Turdus merula).
