Career Development Seminar for late PhDs and early Postdocs
A career in science is a rather difficult undertaking to plan, much depends on external factors that are difficult to influence, such as the publication of the right job openings at the right time and not two years too early or too late, the famous, always negative third reviewer, and the deadline for the perfect fellowship next week, which you just learned about. Nevertheless, some things can be planned and influenced. A lot depends on your position's funding, and third-party funding for your own research projects is always too limited. With a little effort, you can make sure that you know the deadlines and requirements well in advance and that you don't have to write the application at the last minute - this seminar provides you with an overview of funding options in the German (European) funding system.

The MPI-AB Seminar Series is open to members of MPI and Uni Konstanz. The zoom link is published each week in the MPI-AB newsletter.
