Winterfest Akademie Schloss Solitude
MPI-AB postdoc, Vivek Hari Sridhar, is currently a fellow at Akademie Schloss Solitude and a resident through the Field Trip collaboration. During his stay at the artist-in-residence program, the scientist has had time to reflect on the role of art-science collaborations in shaping his personal practice. As part of the Akademie Schloss Solitude Winterfest on 1 December, he will explore this interface by engaging artists and scientists to discuss where synergies between these disciplines lie.

The conversation "Living in the Interstitium: a reflection on art-science collaborations" runs from 7-8 pm as part of the Winterfest. With participation of:

  • Yiming Yang, Installation and new media artist
  • Eduardo Noya Schreus, Sound artist and composer
  • Hemal Naik, Postdoc, Max Planck Institute for Animal Behavior
  • Meg Crofoot, Director, Max Planck Institute of Animal Behavior
