DESCRIPTION: This interactive workshop explores how culture shapes the way 
 we perceive\, interpret\, and engage with the world—and with one another
 . Participants will identify key factors that influence their own cultural
  perspectives as well as those of others\, uncovering how these elements a
 ffect everyday interactions. Using an established model of intercultural c
 ommunication\, we will analyze moments of irritation or misunderstanding a
 nd reframe them as opportunities for insight. Designed as a teaser session
 \, this workshop offers an introductory taste of the topic\, with opportun
 ities for deeper dives into intercultural communication available in follo
 w‑up formats. By the end of the session\, participants will walk away wi
 th practical tools and strategies to expand their cultural communication t
 oolbox and navigate diverse contexts with greater clarity\, empathy\, and 
 confidence.
